The driver and staff are not aware of the designated stoppage locations. Even after continuous follow-up, the bus did not stop at our designated pickup point, forcing us to arrange our own vehicle and reach the bus on the highway.

Had a very pleasant journey. The sleeper coach was clean, comfortable, and had enough space to relax throughout the trip. Charging points were available and working properly, which was really convenient. The bus departed and arrived on time, and the halt stops were well planned. A special mention to the driver for driving safely and responsibly throughout the journey. The staff was polite and helpful as well. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable, and hassle-free travel experience. Would definitely recommend and travel again.

Unsafe for women, unwanted messages from the bus operator. Don't choose Jay Ramdev Travels if you are a single woman travelling, it was my worst experience to travel with them.
