They provide very bad services. Their behavior is also rude.

Seats were not okay. Charging point is not there in Volvo. There are charging points and comfortable seats.

The boarding point mentioned in the app was not actual. The driver changed it over phone call. I had to rush so far for boarding. Also, the time mentioned was 7:30. However, the driver changed it to 7:15. Again, I had to rush.

As they have monopoly on this route, they don’t even think about punctuality. Bus time is 3:25 pm from Chandigarh; they started the bus after 3:45 pm. Time mentioned to reach Bathinda is 7:05 pm. Bus reached at 8:25 pm, nearly one and a half hours late. The bus is mentioned as non-stop, but they stop every now and then. At least 20-25 stopping points before reaching Bathinda. They want to stuff the bus with as many people as they can. Almost double the number of people standing than sitting. They just do not care about passengers’ comfort. Better look for other ways to travel if you want to reach on time and need comfort.
