No proper snacks or washroom breaks during travel. Also, the behavior of staff is very unprofessional.

The overall bus quality needs significant improvement. The seats felt worn out and almost rotten. The inner doors were not locking properly; there seems to be a large gap when the door is closed, causing direct horn noise, which was very uncomfortable during the journey. The curtains were also dirty. However, I would like to appreciate the staff behaviour — the staff was very polite and helpful.

Bus stop on a Soham restaurant. This place is very unhygienic and not available to toilet and bathrooms.

I found the bus in very bad condition with no cleanliness. The staff was very rude. I would not recommend this service.
