I am writing to raise a complaint regarding an extra luggage charge of XXXX that was collected from me during my journey. I was charged XXXX additionally for luggage. I would like to know the reason for this extra charge and the applicable luggage policy under which this amount was collected. Kindly look into this matter and arrange a refund of the extra amount if the charge was not applicable. I request you to investigate the matter and provide a resolution at the earliest. Thank you.

Humming sound comes inside cabin while bus is running. Bus rest only for dinner, not for breakfast in morning.

Bus operator changed dropping point from Dadar Kohinoor Technical Institute. They drop far away. Thus, we paid extra charge by car for our dropping point. I travel with operated aged patient and 2 infants.
