The entire journey was a big pain. The lights weren't working, the charging points weren't working, the AC was leaking like its time had come. Absolutely horrible experience.

There were a lot of problems we faced - 1. AC would leak water and wouldn't turn off completely. 2. The lights weren't working. 3. The charging points weren't working. Overall, absolute nightmare! Now, I understand why the rest of the options were priced significantly higher.

First I cannot write this review properly, I mean I am just typing but cannot see the text simultaneously while I type, going ahead, about bus travelling. Bus broke down badly, that too in a very remote area where no street light or people and that too early morning 4 am. It seemed not possible to repair, so they requested new seaters non AC bus which came by 8 and then they stopped at first bus stop for freshening up but toilets were so bad could use except for wash basin. It ruined my whole day, 6 hours delay no potty time, no breakfast, no AC in those last 6 hours. Just don't know what to say, pathetic experience. I don't know whom to blame, missed my work and everything.

On time. Pleasant drivers and safe driving. Doubted the cleanliness of the double sleeper, that's all. The rest stop could always be better.

There should be a stop for the washroom where even ladies can go at around 5 am, i.e., before we enter the city. The PA system should work so that passengers know where we have reached and what instructions are given by the drivers. Proper communication is necessary.

Great and safe. Driver stopped at multiple petrol stations for restroom breaks. The best part is you can open the windows, which helps with that nauseous feeling. No bottle and beddings are provided.
