The seating was very comfortable, and the reclining feature added to the overall comfort of the journey. However, I observed some minor cleanliness issues that could be improved. Apart from that, the overall experience was satisfactory.

The actual arrival timing was 2 hours delayed than the one mentioned. Such delay was not expected. However, the bus was clean, staff polite and very good driving.

Fake 'Mercedes' bus, rickety old Tata/Leyland vehicle, awful suspension, rocky vibrating ride, push-back seats not working, stinking toilet, regret the experience.

amenities mentioned were not available no water bottles no wifi tv monitor is mentioned in description and was also available on each seat, but was not working.

Ride was good and people don't expect if it's written 3 hr. It's not possible. It will take more than 5 hours for sure. Bus is totally comfortable and worth it. It's just the time is mentioned wrong. But yes, it was good 5/5. It departed 7.20 from Jaipur and reached 12.50 Delhi. Will stop for 30 min for rest midway. Good journey peaceful.
