Pickup location point in Mysore was not that clear. The map location was also pointing to the wrong place. Shows as suburban bus stop but actual pickup point was far from there for the people with luggage. Even local auto driver couldn't get the actual address and left us far from location, we had to literally drag our bags to the location.

Worst bus experience ever. There was no extra staff to offer if we had to keep the luggage down. I had to keep all my 3 bags on my seat. The aisle was very small. My seat was U16, the seat numbering was confusing. There was no ladder to climb up to my seat and no curtain for privacy. I asked the driver how to get on the seat; he told me I had to figure it out. The bus is like that; he had nothing to do with it. There was no place under the seats to keep footwear; they were all in the aisle area, which was very ugly and uncomfortable. The seats were not comfortable; as we went, I could feel every movement and hump on my back. I booked the bus as soon as I saw the name. Worst experience ever. I will never choose or recommend this bus to anyone.

There was no window in the lower berth and no toilet inside bus as shown in YouTube videos. Did not like the cleanliness of berth. People were good.
