This was honestly a horrific journey from start to finish. First of all, there were no calls or updates from the driver or operator. When we reached the bus stand, we were shocked to find that the bus had been changed without any prior information. We had paid for a proper AC sleeper bus, but what we got was completely the opposite. There were no blankets or pillows provided, the seats were dirty, and the overall condition of the bus was extremely unhygienic. To make things worse, there were people sleeping in the bus gallery/aisle, making the environment very uncomfortable. And this was not the end. In the middle of the night, around 2 am, the bus was stopped at a petrol pump and we were asked to change into another bus. We were left standing in the middle of nowhere at night, which was extremely irresponsible. The second bus was also dirty and poorly maintained. There was no toilet facility, and we were not given any proper stop for dinner or washroom breaks. This turned into an 11-hour journey without even basic necessities, which is completely unacceptable. This experience was highly unprofessional and disappointing. I strongly request you to take strict action against the operator/driver and ensure that such services are not provided to customers again.
