The bus driver did not power on the AC even after being told frequently. They charged the AC fare; they should run the AC but did not. They replied that when the bus gets full, then they will turn on the AC. What kind of answer is this? Please look into the matter as it is summer season.

Ac was off the whole trip. Staff asked me to adjust and open the windows.

I booked AC sleeper bus but just one hour ago they informed that bus is non AC and bus is delayed. The seats were uncomfortable and the bus driver was driving heavily. The staff behaved rudely. The window was not closing and the bus quality was so poor. There was foul smelling. The bus delayed.
