Not provided water bottle and not cleaning in sleeper. And night 11 pm to morning 4 am lock door. Do not unlock the door. Do not follow government rules and regulations.

It's my last time that I'll travel on a bus, literally it's the worst management here. Usually the bus conductor calls to ask if the passenger has arrived and tells him/her to come to the place the bus was parked on but here? No, they literally neither called nor informed. There were 3 phone numbers I was trying every one of them but got delayed response, the 2nd one picked (which was of my bus conductor's number) and told me to literally change the bus paying extra to the other bus. And when I asked him to pull over, he literally made me walk like 1 km and then said we just have a keypad phone and all. Like it's your duty to manage passengers? Keep a better phone then? L management.

No blanket was provided for sleeper seats and no stoppage for bathroom break or water break. Seats were also not comfortable.

I wasn't dropped at my drop point because they were driving so fast. They saw me coming with the luggage, and first of all, they didn't keep my luggage in the compartment; instead, I kept it in the aisle. They didn't even help with taking the luggage in or out. I struggled all by myself and missed my drop point.
