Pathetic experience. Scheduled time of arrival 9:20 pm. Didn't reach and the contact number given is wrong. I waited there till 11 pm. Still no information from the bus operators. So I booked another bus to reach the destination. Please don't waste your money. Don't book Enigma bus. They are not willing to give refund even if the mistake is of the bus operators. Don't waste money booking this Enigma bus.

I have already registered a complaint. The live location of the 8 o'clock train was not available even after 9:30, and the phone was not picked up. I have not been able to get another train after 10 o'clock.
