My journey was very safe and comfortable. I really appreciate the staff’s behaviour and the excellent driving. I have travelled on many buses, but I have never felt this level of comfort and safety before. Excel cabs provided me with a wonderful experience. a special thanks to all the staff members for ensuring our safety and dropping us off near our designated dropping points. I truly appreciate your care and responsibility. one small request to all the drivers: please drive safely and always be honest. Our safety is in your hands. 2 hour late.

No time, 2 hours late. Staff behaviour. I am asking, not responding.

Waste of money. Worst experience. 3 hours late. Irresponsible driver.

The bus was supposed to reach at 7.30 but I reached at 11. The bus had technical issues and was off in between the rides, which caused the major delay.

Not in time.

Wont travel again worst experience.

Worst bus.

Vulgar behavior. They asked me to wait at particular boarding and they went in another route. Asked to come in 5 min I have luggage I need to take a vehicle and come at least it will take 15 min but they went to another stop. I chased and caught the bus. I spent 300/- extra for that but they reached the destination 5 hours late. Drivers don't know the route even A/C got damaged in middle. When I called the bus operator and asked to wait for 5 min I am coming even shared live location also he said I am going if you want you can complain about me nonissue.

*6 hour delay *AC stopped working midway *Asked me to come to a new pickup point which is 2.5 km away from actual pick up point(for their convenience), but finally after repeated talks, they agreed for actual pickup point. *They have 0 knowledge about the route and different land marks in Bangalore and also throughout the route. Totally, Worst bus experience one can ever have. Only good thing is that they are not rude.
