I was travelling, bus no. MP44ZE9333, PNR 408250091. I was extremely disappointed with the rude, disrespectful and unprofessional behavior of the staff. I requested drinking water three times, but it was not provided properly. When I went myself to take water, the staff rudely said that he would get the bus moving or give me water and pillow, and he would give one bottle only and later asked how they should give it. He also said that co-passengers should come and take water themselves. However, when contacted over the phone, he simply told me to come and take it myself. Further, the water bottle container had been kept in front of the washroom, causing considerable inconvenience to passengers. This was not about a bottle of water, it was about the unacceptable attitude and complete lack of basic passenger courtesy. I travelled by this bus 3 to 4 times every month, but due to this staff behavior, I decided not to travel again and would not recommend the service to anyone. Please investigate the matter with the concerned staff and take appropriate action. Kindly provide me with a complaint or reference number and inform me of the action taken.
