The overall travel experience was average and needs improvement. Cleanliness inside the bus was not up to the mark and should be improved significantly. Seats and surroundings were not properly maintained, which affected comfort. Additionally, the power charging ports were not working, causing inconvenience during the journey. The service can be much better if these basic issues are addressed promptly.
