Overall it is a nice experience. The bus reached the destination with almost 2 hours delay but it was not their fault. The AC was too high and it caused discomfort to everyone. Even with a blanket, all the people were shivering, although later on they reduced it marginally. The pillow is missing and sleeping is not comfortable, especially with the kind of bedding inside. However, staff are really cordial and well mannered. Overall driving was smooth.

Always Superb Experience, I travelled Second time in Joy Ramkrishna Bus Service. Full on Comfort and ease , Staff behaviour was very nice, Seat was very comfortable. I had a great Sleeper throughout the night, Passengers feel Safe by their CCTV Security Cameras , And also got entertainment through their Touchscreen display, The Bus is on Time , and I Reached My Destination safely. I am supposed to reach Tezpur by 6 am. Now it is 7:30 am and I am still an hour away from my destination. Bus hygiene is poor. Used pillows, dust and no blanket. Smells damp and wiring is not intact. Open wires. No water bottle.
