I gave 1 star because there is an issue in red bus that we can't book a ticket in a near seat that is already booked by another gender. Due to this, I lost valuable time with my love.

I had a very disappointing experience with this bus service. There are several areas that need improvement: Long Stop and No AC: The biggest issue was at the charging stop, where the bus remained parked for over an hour to charge. During this time, the driver refused to run the AC, leaving all passengers extremely uncomfortable in the heat. Other buses arrived later, got charged, and departed before ours. No Water Bottles: Water bottles are not provided to passengers. Poor Live Tracking: The live tracking system barely works properly. It fails to provide accurate expected arrival times at all stops. This needs significant improvement. Currently, this appears to be the only bus service operating from Faridabad to Jaipur. However, once more buses start operating on this route, I doubt passengers will prefer this service unless these issues are addressed. Positive Point: The only positive aspect of my journey was the bus buddy (conductor), Vishal. He was polite, helpful, and a good person who listened to passengers and communicated well. Overall, the service needs significant improvement in passenger comfort, basic amenities, and live tracking.

The behaviour of driver is very bad, talking rudely with passenger. He should be removed from this bus.

I am very punctual person normally and I reached the boarding point on time today as well, but my partner got late a little due to some issues related to her cab, and this moron (bus conductor) didn't stop the bus for one more minute. I kept saying that when you have waited for almost 8-9 minutes, please stay for one more. But nahhh, he didn't listen at all. Had to book a cab then and spend another 4k to reach doon.

I had an absolutely amazing experience. The sleeper was incredibly comfortable, and I have never found such a good sleeper bus at such a reasonable price before. The driving was smooth, the journey was comfortable, and everything made the trip enjoyable. Truly excellent value for money! Highly recommended.
