I had been told that bus was cancelled and money would be given back to you.

One of the strongest suggestions is to please add a zero-star review option. There are lots of things which are not acceptable, like the bus being delayed almost 2 hours from the actual arrival time. It was a very bad experience. Also, the bus staff is not good, and the driver drives the bus very rushed. In the future, I will not travel with this service. Also, there is no toilet or washroom service on the bus.

Toilet wasn't available in this bus and staff behaviour also not good. They didn't give us water and cotton also not available.

Very bad experience – misleading boarding point. I booked a bus ticket from Khatu to Delhi. While booking, I selected Toran Dwar as my boarding point, which was listed as an available boarding point. However, when I arrived, the bus operator refused to pick me up from Toran Dwar, stating that the bus would depart from the first boarding point, 52 Bigha Parking. I was left with no choice but to follow the operator’s instructions, even though this was not the boarding point I had selected while booking. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. If the bus operator only allows boarding from 52 Bigha Parking, then why is Toran Dwar listed as a boarding point. Passengers should not be forced to change their boarding location after booking. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and expect to take responsibility and ensure that the boarding points displayed during booking are properly honored.

No water bottles provided. They played loud songs throughout the night and kept the lights on. Very rash driving and dirty linen. I wouldn’t recommend this bus.
