First, the bus number was changed to a different bus making it difficult to locate at the bus stop. Then, when the bus arrived at Jhansi, the driver asked us to de-board at Jhansi bus stop. After resistance by the fellow travellers, he took the bus to Datia. Worst experience with this service.

Bad experience not on time. Dropping time is also 4 hours delay. Very bad experience. Will never travel by this bus.

Everything is great, but bus never reaches on time. For last stop which is Lahar you have to make your mind around 11 AM.

Seat management was not proper. Driver and conductor sold seats in between even when passengers were sleeping in the lobby area. The whole lobby was covered. None of the passengers was assigned to his seat. What was the bus conductor doing? Even though I had booked front side seats, I had to travel in the backside seat, not on my seat. Would not recommend anyone to prefer this bus.
