One of the worst bus experiences lately! I booked 2 seats to Trichy for my mother and grandfather. Since my grandfather is elderly and needed to reach Madurai, the attendant assured us he could be dropped there for an additional ₹xxx, which we paid. After reaching Trichy, the driver rudely refused to take responsibility, saying they didn’t know whom we had paid. The other attendant was equally rude. If this arrangement wasn’t allowed, why did their own staff collect the money and agree to it? We trusted their assurance to avoid the inconvenience of changing buses for my elderly grandfather. Extremely rude staff, poor coordination, and terrible customer service. Avoid this bus.

Bus running very slow. Timing mentioned to Matuthavani 3.40 but dropped at 4.50. 1 hr 10 mins late. 15 mins to 30 mins acceptable, but this late is too much. Govt old buses are overtaking. Too worrying for timing because I am urgently leaving from Chennai to Madurai for my uncle's death, but did not reach at the particular time.

Not time conscious.

Still not reaching my dropping location. Overall Two hours late. Very disappointed

Very very slow bus, late 1.15 min, late AC, slow running bus, any point pickup 20 min late, bus no rest stop. This bus very slow, bus late.

Late more than 3 hours.

9.05 pm pickup from Periyar bus stand but the bus arrived at 9:30 pm. Arrived Chennai Koyambedu approx 3 hours late. Driver insisted that I get down there and so did not drop me at Egmore as per booking.

Worst.

First of all, if you upload the timings, please come on time. Nearly 45 minutes late, and the AC of my seat is broken.

Perfect timing nice experience keep it up.
