Rest stop hygiene needs to be improved. And inside the bus, the room spray smell is very strong and causes allergy.

Good bus when we are urjent with something they were not understand our situation for rest room so i have informed to bus driver to stop for 2mins he has been frustrated i realy felt bad worst performance but the ontime travel is Good they droping is really good

The bus departed on time and reached the destination earlier than expected. The staff were polite and courteous. However, there was no basket in front to keep bags, making the berth feel cramped and less comfortable for resting. Additionally, the rest stops could be improved, as they were at a petrol bunk and a poorly lit location without clean restroom facilities.
