Serious complaint regarding misleading bus details and review transparency. The booking portal mentioned a BharatBenz bus, but the vehicle provided was a Tata vehicle. This was misleading and completely unacceptable. The overall experience was extremely disappointing. The bus seemed to operate more like a city bus, stopping frequently to pick up unreserved passengers. This raised serious concerns about passenger management, safety, and the quality of service promised at the time of booking. Most importantly, who would be held responsible if passengers luggage, laptops, or other valuable belongings were lost or stolen. Passengers booked expecting the service and vehicle details advertised to be accurate, along with a reasonable level of safety and accountability. I was also concerned that the service might not publish this review, as I had had similar experiences with reviews not appearing previously. Customers deserved transparency, and genuine negative feedback should be treated just as fairly as positive reviews. I spent at least XXXX every two months on travel booked. I was a paying customer who expected reliable service, accurate information, and accountability when things went wrong. Please take this complaint seriously, clarify the discrepancy between the advertised and provided vehicle, explain the responsibility for passengers belongings, and ensure that this review was not suppressed. If genuine customer feedback continued to be ignored and such issues remained unresolved, I would seriously reconsider using the service for future bookings. You risked losing a regular customer who contributed significantly to your business. I expected a proper response and a meaningful resolution, not just a generic apology.

Ac was fine but occasionally switched off. The washroom did not have toilet paper. Water bottle was not provided until I reminded.
