The bus was supposed to arrive at 11:00 pm, but it arrived at 11:55 pm nearly 55 minutes late. There was no prior intimation about the delay, and I was also asked to come to the next bus stop.

The bus operator didn't bother to tell that they are going in a different route and didn't pickup at the pickup point and asked me to board another bus to reach another pickup point 20km away. if I hadn't called and asked, i wouldn't have known

Bad time management. My bus got rerouted but they only called once on WhatsApp to inform. Took way too long to even start the bus. Driver number was not provided either; every number given was the office number. Instructions were not clear on where to go to board. They kept cutting the call. Staff was nice though.
