The journey was comfortable if I ignore the part where the road was in a sorry state. Pleasant staff behaviour.

The bus left early. The bus was scheduled to leave at 6:35 p.m. but it left as early as 5:45 p.m. When I called for the correct location, the bus said that it had already gone ahead to stops. I had to rush more. When I was reaching one stop, the bus by that time was moving on to the next stoppage and I got the bus really late. I got no information that the bus timing had been rescheduled. I had to face a lot of trouble. The bus didn't stop at any rest point for washroom. It was a very terrible experience. The staff behaviour was very rude.

Bus is ok, but the hotel they stay at for food (Atithi hotel) does not have the capacity to feed a full bus of passengers. They are not so capable. The menu card is full of items but in reality it is very few, and that also finished after feeding 15-20 passengers. Rest is ok.
