The staff was okay. The bus was late to my boarding point by 60 minutes. I was not happy at all with the cleanliness, and the seat comfort was very bad.

Very worst experience boarding point changed one hour before and asked to board at different points which are 50 km away from the original boarding point.

It was worst experience ever in any travels till now. 1. The pickup and drop point which was mentioned was not at all followed. Pickup point is mentioned as Srisailam but they pick you up from the foothill of Srisailam which is like 50 kms away. Drop point is mentioned as Electronic City but they request you to drop in another place for their convenience. 2. No proper rest stops. In 14 hrs of journey I don't understand how they can do this. The toilets in rest stops were horrible and disgusting particularly for females. Even when women requested for another rest stop they just ignored it and moved ahead. Important - no dinner breaks. Carry your own food or stay hungry. 3. Zero punctuality - bus was delayed for 3 hrs and reason given was they were cleaning and having their own dinner break. 4. Stopping unnecessarily here and there on highways for their breaks. For ladies who were travelling no washrooms were available in the spot. 5. Problem with seats. In Red Bus, 2 buses of same travel agency are showing within 30 min gap. They adjust the seats in one bus only. Please be aware. Huge scam again. I made a huge mistake booking this bus. Please don't book seeing the prices.

No proper service, maintenance, or cleanliness. Drop timing was also not maintained and the bus condition was very poor. Only the driver responded well. Overall, not a good experience.
