My journey from Hyderabad to Gorakhpur was one of the worst travel experiences of my life. None of the charging or power sockets were working. The driver kept switching off the AC, making the journey extremely uncomfortable. I booked one sleeper seat, but I was allocated a different seat without proper information. Shockingly, they were accommodating four people in a sleeper space meant for just two. Passengers were openly smoking inside the bus, which is completely unacceptable and creates an unhealthy environment. The overall service was extremely poor, with no proper passenger comfort, discipline, or basic facilities. A long-distance journey should not be this stressful and uncomfortable. I honestly don't even want to give this service one star. Unfortunately, the rating system doesn't provide an option below one star. I would never recommend this service to anyone. Please think twice before booking with them. This was genuinely the worst bus travel experience I have ever had. Worst worst experience ever.

Worst behaviour dropped at 20 kms before the destination place. Don't select this travel. It's my suggestion. I am from Telangana from Karimnagar.

Worst experience of my life. I didn't get my seat. The driver was smoking in the bus. People were continuously fighting in the bus.

It was a nice service for the bus. Only live tracking was not available, but I was satisfied with the bus travelling and your staff behaviour.
