They dropped us midway.

The bus started with a delay of around 2 hours, and there was no proper place for passengers to wait at the boarding point. During the 25-hour journey, the AC was switched on for only about one hour, causing great discomfort to passengers. The bus stopped too frequently, almost like a city bus, which significantly increased travel time. The driver played loud music through speakers in the local language, which disturbed passengers and made it difficult to sleep. The staff behavior and appearance were also unprofessional, as one staff member was wearing shorts and a baniyan during the journey. Better to not speak about cleaning. Overall, the journey experience was very uncomfortable. Kindly look into this matter and take necessary action.

Bus was 2 hrs late. pickup was outside the main city somewhere near a bypass at night 2am the bus came at 4. on top of it the bus was totally packed with people, smelling, slippers filled, floor alcohol smell. they told me to share a single seat with someone. the app showed lot of vacancies and that is the reason I booked. the situation at that moment was extremely frustrating I deboarded the bus. it was 22 hr journey no way I could travel like this

I booked the bus from Hyderabad to Varanasi but the bus stopped on some random highway and bus staff told us we have to go from there because bus won't go inside Varanasi. It will stop on some highway which is 25 km away from my destination. They didn't mention these details anywhere before the trip. AC and mobile charging socket both were not working on the bus. They told it was a short circuit so we had to open the window but after some discussion with staff they automatically worked and they are saying the bus will stop for overheating if we use both AC and charging socket.

It's worst service. Don't suggest. It's very cheating batch.
