Worst experience, staff communication very poor, behave like rowdies and no time sense. While the 11.30 pm bus came at 1.15 am, and after sharing live location, they went 4 km away from my boarding point and told me to catch an auto to reach the bus at 1.30 am midnight. Ridiculous, these fellows do not even know the names of boarding points and I lost my trip. After all these kinds of situations, I guess nobody will book tickets in future.
