Very bad experience with service provider – missed my bus due to incorrect pickup location on map. I had a very disappointing experience with service provider The pickup location mentioned in my ticket and the location shown on the map were completely different. service provider had provided an incorrect map location, which caused me to reach the wrong place and ultimately miss my bus. To make matters worse, the bus operator was extremely rude when I contacted them. Instead of helping me locate the bus, they told me not to call them and to contact service provider instead. service provider also failed to provide a bus tracking link or even the bus number, leaving me with no way to track or identify the bus in real time. I booked my ticket through service provider expecting a reliable service, but the incorrect pickup information, lack of tracking details, and unhelpful, rude behaviour from the operator resulted in a terrible experience. service provider needs to take responsibility for such errors and improve its service. Passengers should not have to suffer or miss their buses because of incorrect information provided on the platform. I expect service provider to investigate this issue and provide an appropriate resolution, including compensation for the inconvenience and loss caused. I would not recommend this service unless these issues are addressed.

I booked the Volvo, got a normal bus. Boarding location was not correct, and the driver was too late and asked for a xxrupee fine for confusing him.
