No punctuality at all, bus dropped us 4 hours late. Super uncomfortable seats and rude staff.

Pick up at Ameerpet was not done at the informed location of the customer; however, we were asked to come to Miyapur without any prior information. The dropping point was at Panjim, but the bus dropped us at Mapusa. This is not a correct way of dealing with customers. Not satisfied with the service.

We have stop SR Nagar. But staff saying don't have stop please leave Miyapur. Why showing wrong location? From Miyapur to SR Nagar price 300. Please refund that amount.

If I could give 0 star then I would have given that. At the last moment, they changed the bus without any explanation even after confirming the bus number. It started 1 hour late. The bus was not Volvo or AC; it was a non-AC bus converted from a bed, and the interior was very old and shabby. While the driver was driving on the bumper, the bus engine was stopping. It looked like the bus was in very bad condition considering the ticket price they charged. The driver was not very experienced on the road. It took around 10 hours to reach Srisailam, whereas it generally takes 6-7 hours. Whatever amenities are mentioned in the app or website, nothing was present. Basic things like a drinking water bottle were not provided, but they had an excuse for not providing the same.

The worst bus experience I ever had. The bus got stopped so many times in the forest and at the end it shut down completely in the forest. Passengers did not get any solution. We got down in the middle of the forest and somehow reached Srisailam.

Nothing is good, no hygiene, bus boarding location was wrong, both bus drivers are drunk, no safety while driving, and driver speaking rudely. One of the worst sleeper buses, and also bus condition is not at all good. It's all repaired and has brake issues, clutch issue was there. Thank God we reached safely. Hereafter, anyone who travels don't prefer this bus please.
