The bus broke down midway through the journey, and we had to switch to a replacement bus for the rest of the trip. Although it was also a sleeper bus, my dad and I were given two upper berths side by side at the very back, instead of the premium single upper and lower berths we had paid extra for on the original bus. To make matters worse, the replacement bus was unhygienic and poorly maintained. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the extra amount we paid for comfort.

There is no live tracking..Reached the destination right on time (punctuality is excellent). However, the stop where we took a break along the route was very unhygienic and unclean. Also, the front seat was quite uncomfortable with no space to stretch my legs. It is good for those whose priority is reaching on time.

Terrible journey Rash & reckless driving Collided with other bus and damaged Reached Kalpetta 07.15 late by 2.30 hrs.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, called all the passengers on time when they reached their destinations. The bus was clean, with good lighting and well-functioning seats and ACs.
