Terrible experience on the overnight bus on [11/10/2026]. The onboard toilet had absolutely no water supply, making it completely unusable and unhygienic. As a mother travelling with a sleeping child, I couldn't leave her and had to painfully hold my urine for hours. Passengers pay extra for these facilities. Please fix your pre-trip maintenance checks so no other woman or passenger has to suffer through this physical distress.

Journey was very comfortable and reached the destination earlier than expected. Live tracking could have been a little better. My location and bus location were different. Overall it was a good experience.

Water is dripping from the roof of the sleeper bus, and the water stains and droplets are falling directly on us. Even after closing the AC vent, the bus is still excessively cold. The AC temperature control and overall maintenance are extremely poor. This is a very uncomfortable experience for passengers. Please take immediate action to resolve these issues. The service is completely unacceptable.

The staff was very cooperative. There is a washroom inside the bus itself, which is a plus point. They were very well on time at pickup and drop.

I was not told like the other times that my stop arrived. I got down about 30 mins away from my destination. They argued saying we announced. The point is every other time they come to the seat and make sure the passenger has deboarded the bus. Secondly, the ticket says I would get down at 6:30 am, while these guys reached at 5:30 am. They should have at least made sure that I got down. Special mention to Hemanth who argued with me regarding this entire journey.
