The capacity of the bus seats is 12 or 13 and we were already six from Rajkot to Ahmedabad. The driver loaded 16 other passengers from the road to drop them at Limbdi. Two of them did not have any seats, so they were standing. One of them was sitting on the floor. It was a very bad bus experience. Worst ever.

Bus was 50 mins late. I almost missed my flight from Ahmedabad because of this delay.

Bus was late but at the same time I would say owner was too good and guided well. Seats weren't clean and charging point wasn't working as well as damaged. Stop was good to eat but again overall management was average. I will not recommend this bus. One main part I had booked ticket and the bus which arrived was Shyam named.

The vehicle required cleaning. Although the scheduled departure was 2:30, the bus remained within the city until 3:30, and seat comfort necessitates improvement.
