Ali Bus Service பேருந்து முன்பதிவு

Very bad experience. Actually, the ticket was booked from Indore to Saundra, but at the last moment, the bus got cancelled and they were shifted to another bus, S K Yadav. But the people were also not given good facilities and were allotted the last seat of the bus. The person, Mr. Aman, was there; he was continuously asking for the payment. We again paid him 400 rupees for bus fare. We haven't received any payment from the Ali bus service. I am really disappointed with the service. Totally bad experience. I will never book again in the future.

Very disappointing experience. I booked the bus to my destination, but instead of reaching the booked destination, I was dropped off midway. I had to arrange another bus to continue my journey. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and extra trouble. The service should have taken me to the destination mentioned on my ticket.

Bus timing 8.15 pm but bus changed, or bus cancelled to red bus then my ticket shifted to another bus. Bus timing to 9.30 pm.

 This bus was not comfortable.

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my recent journey from Multai to Pithampur. As per my booking, I had reserved Seat xx and xx. However, at Multai, I was asked to board a different bus, where my reserved seats were not available. As a result, I had to travel standing for a significant portion of the journey. Later, at Betul, seats were provided to us. However, after reaching Indore, we were again asked to vacate our seats, which caused considerable inconvenience and discomfort. I had paid for reserved seats, but the service provided was not as per my booking. This was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable, especially for a long-distance journey. I request to kindly investigate this matter with the bus operator and provide an appropriate refund/compensation for the inconvenience caused. Please treat this complaint seriously and provide me with a resolution at the earliest. Booking details and ticket proof can be provided for verification.

Bus owner is theft.

It could not drop on the desired location. We had to change the bus. It caused discomfort.
