This bus is like a government bus. The seat is not comfortable, nor is the legroom comfortable. The cleanliness is poor, and the bus is in a very poor condition.

Luggage was kept beside seats which caused blockage for passengers to get their seat or exit the bus.

the punctuality of arriving, rackless driving and staff behaviour was so bad and the do not understand the problem of passenger. the bus driver do stops the bus any time any where without any essential.

The bus kept stopping to pick up passengers who hadn't booked tickets, and the driver continued to collect fares from them; this caused significant delays, and the passengers were not even provided with drinking water on board.

Took too long. Very late bus and also did not stop anywhere. I will never use this bus again.

Late by 3 hours. No drinking water given. AC vents were broken, you cannot close the AC if you don't want it. Very unprofessional staff, crushed a passenger. No morning pee break.

My booking was from Delhi to Baskhari, but he provided me another bus, and the seat was not comfortable. It is an absolute scam. Not satisfied with this journey.
