See, the travel experience was the most horrible ever. First the bus was late by 1 hour, then the bus driver stopped at Jhansi and told us to get off cause apparently there were too few passengers. Then he made us sit in a seater bus not a sleeper bus as we had originally booked to Indore. Really horrible, hope this gets resolved

Seat is very dirty, AC tooti hui thi & driver ko baar baar bola but temperature bahut kam kiya hua tha, staff behaviour bahut rude tha, apne hissab se kahi bhi stop lekar sawari ko bithaya ja raha tha, jis karan 9 baje ki bajaye 11:30 par drop kiya, koi tracking nahi. Very bad journey.
