Rest stop was very poorly maintained toilets which was very uncomfortable especially for female passengers. Please inform the management about this serious issue. Thanks.

Had a horrible experience while travelling in this bus from Bangalore to Pondicherry. Driver and conductor are both not professional and very rude. The driver was riding the bus very rashly. One of the passenger fell from their seat till the door because of their harsh breaking. In the middle of night bus crashed into a divider near Tiruvannamalai and the whole bus had to wait for other bus. Very rude staff behaviour. Even though the bus was from Bangalore the staff cannot communicate in either of the languages be it Kannada, English or Hindi which was very difficult for us to handle.

Too expensive for uncomfortable bus. Crew is not kind enough make the journey comfortable. The bus had very bad suspension and driving skills, which made journey more difficult. With that kind of suspension and driving it was difficult to climb up to sleeper bed and use the toilet. It is not worth the amount.

The conductor was very rude in his way of speaking. The bus stopped in the middle of the road at my stop.

Journey was good, except certain places where roads were not good, hence some jerks were there. Otherwise all good and comfortable.
