I have selected drop point at railway station, driver forced us to drop at Rameswaram bus stand at 4 o'clock night time. Absolutely disgusting.

The actual time of our pickup was 11:55 pm. They called us in the afternoon on the day of departure and said the bus would be late by 30 minutes, mostly around 12:30. But they actually came at 1:30 am the next day. When we asked about 12:30 am, they said they were at the previous pickup point, which was around 50 km away. What is the punctuality with this driver? How could someone even plan for travel if this happens?

The bus said to have a toilet did not have the key to the locked toilet, making it uncomfortable for female passengers.

No 0 rating will be there that's why I put 1. The driver doesn't have dropping point details. He had his headphone in the ear and couldn't listen to anything. Very worst experience.

Pick up one hour later and dropping four hours later. No restroom stopping, and inside bathroom not cleaned. Most of the seats are damaged. Worst bus experience.

We booked bus from Rameswaram to Thiruvananthapuram but the bus got stopped near.
