Terrible experience. Bus broke down. Lots of time waiting. Replacement bus left another state(Bhubaneswar). No refund. Then my brother arranged train to go Kolkata from Bhubaneswar.

Worst bus journey ever. Late for 12 hours. No food, no water. Staff behaviour is very bad.

Worst travels I ever have experienced. 3 breakdowns in a day while my trip is from Banglore to Vizag. I am delayed to my destination nearly 5 hours. Worst staff behavior and the funny thing is while at after Vijaywada stop bus had breakdown due to shortage of diesel. It takes more than 1 hour to refill because the bus driver and staff don't even have one rupee to refill the diesel. Worst travels and worst behavior and worst experience.

The bus was not working for the last 350 km, and the driver denied to pay for the alternative travel trip. We faced many problems with this trip and travelled on our own money also.

No words to explain. Reach time in Bangalore was too late. People suffered like they booked sleeper but they got chair seat.

We are booking for desiyatri but bus was not live. They sent us to another bus. Same seat number, 2 bookings. Driver told that seat is not driver's choice only. It's not for passengers. If you agree, get into the bus; otherwise, leave it. Due to emergency only, I traveled this. Even water bottle was not given. No breakfast stop. No AC. Very worst experience.
