No live tracking. This bus run is terrible. If we don't know Hindi it would be really tough. No live tracking available. Hard and harsh staff. You will be boarded on a different bus than the one you booked. No cleanliness. Timing will be terrible. I went for a solo trip and suffered a lot with this transport. Since this is the only one available, they are taking advantage.

Bus denied to drop me at Haridwar even though the ticket was booked to Haridwar. They dropped me in Rishikesh. Please help with my return.

There was no information provided about the bus no, driver mobile no. I called the mobile no provided in the booking slip but nobody answered either from red bus or service provider. I was unable to track anything till 11:45 AM. It was am absolute mess and harassment. Moreover driver didn't know the route and frequently asking the trespassers the way to Haridwar bus stand. The bus stopped for one hour for tea break by saying 10 to 15 min. Due to these unprofessional approach the bus reached around 10 pm- 2 hours late. It is absolutely unprofessional. Few passengers were allowed to smoke in the bus during travel. I will never book my ticket with red bus again.

They did not give us booked seats; someone else was sitting there. The operator also did not help us in shifting their seats. We had to adjust. They have the worst service.

Did not receive the phone, contact details were not shared, later came to know the bus had departed.

The starting point location shared was incorrect. The bus started from Sitapur bus station and the location coordinates shared were incorrect. This caused serious difficulties for the passengers. It would have been nicer if the driver or their staff called the passengers before the start of the bus.

It was a very horrible experience, local and drunken passengers were boarded in between multiple times. Too many stops were taken. Delayed start from source point. Two buses were merged which resulted delay in start. Overall it was a disaster while traveling with travels. No check from bus team.
