He dropped at the wrong location

2 tires of the bus got damaged at 1a.m. Bus driver said that the required tires will come till noon. But the actual time to drop in Delhi was 7:30 am. So We all passengers booked cab ourselves and went to Delhi because we all had trains or flights .So please give refund to us.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable behavior of your bus staff during my recent journey. The conduct of the staff was highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely against the standards expected from a reputed transport company. Instead of assisting passengers politely, the staff behaved in a rude, arrogant, and insensitive manner. Their attitude caused unnecessary inconvenience, embarrassment, and mental stress. Every passenger deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Unfortunately, the behavior displayed by your staff reflected a serious lack of professionalism and customer service. Such conduct not only damages the reputation of your company but also creates an unsafe and uncomfortable environment for passengers. I request you to conduct a thorough investigation into this incident, review any available CCTV footage or records, and take strict disciplinary action against the staff involved. I also request that appropriate training be provided to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future.

Very pathetic bus service run on the name of Lord Shiva. They cancel your bus in the last hour and inform you through WhatsApp message. I booked 10 days before my journey at a decent price, but they cancelled it on the day of the journey. I had to bear extra trauma for the next half of the day, paying two times higher prices for the next bus. On calling them, they told me that they had only one bus and it was not working, but when we reached the bus stop, we saw two buses move in front of our eyes. Please avoid these types of bus operators.

This bus was 2 house late in Aut.. So I was disappointed.

The operator's phone was switched off. The bus was a no show. The Red Bus agents also couldn't get hold of the DKN Holidays operator or driver. Had to look for alternatives by myself, which was difficult.

There was no proper AC in the bus, no water bottle, no charging point, no comfortable seat, no live location, no proper timing, bus 2:30 hrs late

There is nothing in this that I can say, neither did you come on time nor did you get it cleaned on time and the bus was also changed, instead of Kardia Dkn Bis, some pass came from Kamrunag Nas, even the semi slipper seats were useless.

time taken was more than expected

Seats were really bad and AC is not working.
