Bus should stop for at least 30-40 min at restaurant during 20 hours of journey. Too much time was wasted in parcel box loading, bus reached 3 hours late to Udaipur. Punctuality and timings must be improved.

Journey was good, just bus was 3 hours late at boarding which was ok compared to other buses I have been through.

online booking shows toilet amenities but in Eagle bus there is no toilet in bus. staff is also not polite

This was terrible, this bus is not good at all. They are too much delayed and stopping bus for longer durations in between to deal with transport material. They have dropped big metallic rods at a space given between two sided seats. Horrible experience ever.

Very Bad Experience Udaipur to Pune I had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience travelling. All the charging points inside the bus were not working, the curtains were dirty, the bus suspension was very poor, and the entire bus was extremely dirty with garbage inside. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the bus were absolutely unacceptable. Passengers pay for a comfortable and hygienic journey, but this travel service failed to provide even the basic facilities. I strongly advise other travelers to think twice before booking with this Travel. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service to anyone. Please improve your bus maintenance, cleanliness, and passenger facilities. Very disappointing service.

1. No seat (slippers) privacy. Curtains were low quality and insufficient to cover even slippers and there was very much open space for outsiders' visibility. Also, gallery lights were fully penetrating inside slippers. 2. Mobile charger points were not functioning in the bus. 3. Rest stop was very average and not acceptable for this type of high-end bus.
