The staff member behaved very rudely and unprofessionally while dealing with me. I was also charged an additional XXXX for only three small bags, which I believed was unreasonable and excessive. Clarify the basis for the additional XXXX charge, and take appropriate action regarding the staff member’s behavior.

5/5 stars — incredible punctuality & service. I am sharing my detailed feedback for my journey from Kolkata to Bengaluru. Having travelled extensively on long-distance routes, this trip exceeded all expectations. Remarkable early arrival: My scheduled arrival time was 07:10 am, but the bus landed in Bengaluru before 04:00 am — over three hours ahead of schedule. I was genuinely shocked and impressed by the speed and efficiency. Driver Mr. Azad: Mr. Azad possesses extraordinary driving skills and deep highway mastery. Despite the 1,500 km distance, his driving was remarkably smooth, safe, and swift. His polite behaviour, readiness to assist with guest queries, and proactive attention made a huge difference. Support staff and management: The co-staff were equally attentive and courteous. The overall execution on this mega-route is top-notch. A solid 10/10 rating. Special commendation to Mr. Azad for an unbelievable, record-setting arrival.

No toilet in the bus. When I booked the bus, they showed me that a toilet was inbuilt, but nothing was there. I am not satisfied with this bus.
