Very disappointing experience. The bus did not arrive on time, and both the driver and the conductor behaved rudely and unprofessionally. The cleanliness of the bus was extremely poor, with zero attention to hygiene. The staff need to learn basic manners and improve their behaviour. The bus service was completely unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I write this review while being on the bus for an extra 3.5 hours. The bus was supposed to reach Dehradun at xxxx hours, and right now it is xxxx hours and there are still 45 minutes left to reach our destination. It was mentioned that the bus route is via expressway but instead we were taken through the old route without any information to any of the passengers. The bus was working as a roadways bus, picking and dropping local passengers from every city we pass by. Worst bus ever. It does not even deserve one star. Do not book it. Total waste of money and time.

I had an absolutely amazing experience. The sleeper was incredibly comfortable, and I have never found such a good sleeper bus at such a reasonable price before. The driving was smooth, the journey was comfortable, and everything made the trip enjoyable. Truly excellent value for money! Highly recommended.

Very bad experience. There was no lady except us and it was very uncomfortable to travel with them. The driver and conductor are very rude. They don't know how to talk with the passengers and they won't be ready to wait for 10-15 mins. They are picking up random people from anywhere and made them sit in the bus. Overall experience was terrible.
