No punctuality. Did not stop where it was supposed to stop at Kalamboli. My dad is handicapped and had to come to the bus for around 200-300 metres, which is not acceptable. We were informed by the operator that we were running an hour late. Please add a small stool for elderly passengers to get on the bus.

Neat and clean bus. Supportive staff, charging point is on, half an hour late because of Mumbai traffic but no issue. No live tracking is there, hotel stop was nice and hygienic. Thanks a lot.

I found the cleanliness, staff behavior, and live tracking excellent. The seats and onboard amenities were comfortable, though the rest stop was crowded during peak season.

The food quality of the rest stop is below average for the price. Also, for packaged food, the owner of the Hotel asked for amount which was greater than MRP. After asking him again, he again asked for higher price. At last after confronting, he said to pay as per MRP.
