Due to yesterday's travel, I was injured in my legs and arm because of the driver's driving. I instructed him three times, but he was still not driving safely.

The whole travel was a terrible experience. The bus was too late and the staff didn't respond to my calls. They attended the calls and kept silent. I am sure it was not a technical issue because I could hear the traffic. I contacted Redbus support also. But the bus operator didn't respond to the calls from Redbus team also. The Redbus team asked me to wait some more time and they did nothing further. The staff behavior was really unpleasant. They had an argument with some other travelers also at the dropping point. The GPS tracking was another nightmare. At the beginning (11.30 PM), in the tracker it was showing that the bus is in Vaddakancheri and the bus will reach Vytilla on time (12.30 AM) which is more than 200 kms apart. But after some time (around 12.30 AM) it was showing a delay of almost 2 hrs and showed it had crossed Thrissur Bus stand. But after some time it showed that it had crossed Vytilla. And it was too confusing. I have saved the screenshots of the same and call records to raise a complaint.

First of all, there were neither bedsheets, blankets, nor pillow covers provided, and they don't turn off the lights, which makes it very hard to sleep. It is not at all comfortable.

The driver didn't stop for the washroom. We asked to stop, and he stopped after 1 hour.

There is no helper for the driver. Comfort is so bad inside. As this bus is lowest in rate, people book this.
