It was a very bad experience and the staff's behavior was very bad. I have traveled with Express Line and Shyamoli before, but I have never had an experience like this. And there were no functional charging facilities anywhere on the bus.

The bus stopped at places where the driver and staff receive free meals, but the rest stops were extremely expensive. The toilets were unhygienic, especially for women. The food quality was below standard, and stale food was being served. The cleanliness of the bus was also very poor. There were stains all over the pillow covers. I requested the staff to change them, but they ignored my request. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The bus operator needs to improve its hygiene, cleanliness, food quality, and passenger service.
