Worst experience ever. Time given was 11:50 pm, bus arrived at 2:00 am, 2 hours late. Meanwhile, reached destination 2 hours late. 9:30 I was supposed to go for an interview but no use due to late.

bus was late by 5 hours, it was supposed to be arrived by 4 in morning but arrived at 9 in morning, and red bus ended live tracking at 4 in morning, after that no live tracking was available rather bus had no reach at the destination. please improve your live tracking if anyone journey is not ended, wait for it till end. thanks, i hope you will work on this

The boarding time was scheduled at 12:57 AM; however, the bus arrived 1.5 hours late without any prior notification. I had to wait at the pickup point for a long time and was finally picked up around 2:30 AM, which was quite inconvenient. The expected drop-off time was 8:00 AM in Kolhapur, but the bus reached at 11:00 AM, resulting in a delay of approximately 3 hours. This delay seemed to be caused by unnecessary halts taken by the staff for breakfast and fuel refilling. Additionally, the staff’s service was unsatisfactory, especially in handling luggage.
