First of all, it was late by 30 minutes. Next, the blanket which was given had a very bad smell. It was dirty. No hygiene. Very bad experience. Never want to do again.

Date 6 October 2026 Subject Complaint regarding the bus service bus no. AS04CC9696 Dear Sir I booked a ticket on Joon Moon Express because I expected to have a comfortable and pleasant journey. I particularly chose this bus because I liked Volvo buses and usually appreciated their comfort and service. However, I was very disappointed with the service during this journey. The complimentary water bottle provided to me was dirty, which was not acceptable. I also noticed that the driver was smoking inside the Volvo bus. As far as I knew, smoking inside the bus was not allowed. I requested you to please take appropriate action regarding this matter, as passengers should be provided with a clean and smoke free environment. I also had an issue when I needed to use the toilet. I asked the conductor if I could go to the toilet, but initially I was told that I could not. Later, the driver asked me to wait for two minutes and then allowed me to go. The bus was fully air conditioned, but the overall experience was not as comfortable and satisfactory as I expected from a Volvo service. I requested you to kindly look into these issues and take necessary action so that passengers could have a clean, safe, comfortable, and pleasant journey in the future. Thank you.

Bus reached half an hour late. At the petrol pump, half an hour was wasted. On the other side, two buses were filled and departed, but this bus was delayed many times.

Overall it was a good bus to travel. Dropping point was at Mini ISBT but dropped at bridge end. They should drop the passengers at Mini ISBT Khanapara only.
