Seat is not clean. Curtains are torn. No blanket or pillow. Windows are hard to open.

I am disappointed with my travel experience. The driver’s contact number was not shared; only the Kingfisher Connect staff number was provided. The staff was not polite and did not treat passengers respectfully. The semi-sleeper seat was uncomfortable and not in good condition. Also, the bus was delayed by more than 3 hours without proper communication. Overall, the service was very poor and needs improvement.

They did not take any responsibility for the passenger. Three hours late. They didn't pick my call. The bus crossed me, but they didn't pick up when I called. The number is not reachable.

Pillow and bed sheets are not provided. Bed screens are dirty and not maintained properly. But the driving is very good and reached my drop-off at perfect timing.
