Scheduled pickup 1:15 pm but picked up around 3:25 pm. Reached time scheduled 6:55 am. Reaching 11:00 am. This is completely pathetic service.

Bad odour was coming from the AC. When reported, they said no one else complained about it; the problem might be around your seat. The entire storage was filled with commercial luggage. We kept our luggage bags with us only. Note to all bus operators: please teach your bus staff soft skills. They don’t reply to customers properly. This spoils your business.

There are too many delays and the bus is loaded with goods. Two hours delay and then they had four hours delay to reach.

Bus was too late and the dinner stop was at 10pm. This is the problem I face.
