Bus is not hygienic and there were more stops. Dinner was not at the proper time and other passengers were also carried.

There is too much delay in reaching, no cleanliness, no punctuality, neither serve water itself. Very bad experience in journey.

Online booking confirmation 3 days before happened and my seat was given offline to someone else 30 minutes before the bus started.

The experience was the worst I have ever had in any journey. The condition of the bus was pathetic and the staff were rude. I reached the bus stand 45 min prior, but it took me more than 30 mins just to find the bus because the numbers they provided were not picking up the call, and whenever they picked up, they just hung up the call. Then, I had to wait for an hour for the bus standing on the road. The bus condition was pathetic; the seats were very uncomfortable and there was no hygiene.

Booked sleeper was not provided at the time of boarding. The staff offered another sleeper.

Never recommend anyone travelling through this. The bus was already delayed by an hour where we were stranded roadside with no place to sit. There are no pillows, bedsheets or even water bottle facilities available in the bus even for AC sleeper passengers. It has a stoppage at Gayaji city where it took nearly 45 minutes to unload passengers and luggage and went back on the same road for 30 minutes to join the bypass. 06:15 AM was the time we should have deboarded but we were still in the bus at nearly 9 AM. Although staff behaviour and AC were good. Overall, it offers you the bare minimum.
